"Kelvin was a very good host, I was having trouble signing in on VRBO app. We were able to connect in What app which solve my worries. Kelvin Apt is as described bright and airy. It is spacious for Japanese standard. Although we did not cook at all it would be nice to update the cooking facility for people who want to cook a simple meal. The location is good, only ten minutes to the train station through a pleasant path in a quiet local Japanese neighbourhood. There is a 7-11 convenience store...

"Very clean but old. Beds were ok but rather hard. One bed was sagging in the center edge. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The TV was great and AC worked really nice. The train noise is noticable but didn't disrupt our sleep. Staff were very nice. Good place for an overnight stay. Great access to train station. "

"A quiet place easily accessible from 2 train stations. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. We had 2 adults stay for one week, it would be a bit crowded for more than 2 or 3 people. Clean and tidy, a great way to experience daily life in Tokyo."

"Our floor was on the second floor and there was no elevator to go the second floor and the stairs were so narrow. Imagine having to carry luggage up narrow steps. The bath towels were so little and thin so bring your own, which you shouldn’t have to. On the plus side, it was roomy and had a washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood and not too far from the train station. It was clean but very dated. Fridge and freezer worked great and it had two air conditioning units. "

"This clean, newer two bedroom two bath suite is recommended with ample space for a family. Practically a full kitchen and clothes washer, which came in handy for our week stay. 10-15 minute walk to train station was convenient and used every day to our trek throughout Tokyo. 711 and Family mart at every block. Friendly staff and front desk. Alia was very knowledgable of the area - esp. shopping in Tokyo 👍. "
