"The rooms have a bit of a smell, not outrageous, probably due to age and the amount of exposed wood. Beach proximity is great, right out the back door. The building is on a small footprint and parking is extremely tight. Breakfast was o.k. The quiche was really good, muffins and croissant were also good. Pretty much continental as stated. Easy walking distance to the town of Harwich. The rooms do not face the beach unless you’re on the second floor. There were 2 rooms that faced the beach. We would go back due to the closeness to the beach."

"Such a cute spot. Clean and very nice staff. Great location! They even let me check in early and my key was waiting when I arrived after office hours. They have beach towels and chairs, on a first come basis. My wife and I would stay here again!"

"Great family friendly house and neighborhood steps from the beach. We stayed over the July 4th week and had a great time. Amazing fireworks on the beach on the holiday. The house itself was very clean and well stocked (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and shed with beach equipment). Marie was very responsive prior to and after our stay (we didn’t really have any questions for her while there). One suggestion is to memorize or screenshot the check in code before arrival as the cell service is pretty spotty there, at least it was for us. Would definitely recommend this home"

"Loved my 5 night stay at The Inn on the Beach! The office staff are welcoming and friendly. I was in “The Brewster” which was perfect as a solo traveler, or it would be a quaint romantic getaway for a couple. Patio was great place to hang out. Inside, queen bed and pillows were comfortable and rain shower head delightful. The best part of my stay was walking right onto the beach…absolutely divine! The Inn supplies beach towels, chairs, loungers, umbrellas for each day as an amenity which is so convenient. There are many restaurants in walking distance and food trucks in public beach parking lot next to Inn…nearby for quick hunger or thirst quencher during the day. I am looking forward to annual retreat at The Inn next summer!! Highly recommended!"
