"When we checked in we were given a unit with a broken heater. We didn’t find out until someone called to tell us a maintenance worker was on his way. After he arrived he told us that management was aware and given an estimate for repairs which they chose to ignore. The heater was never fixed during our 3 night stay. We had to alternate between using the gas fireplace and opening windows because regulating the heat was challenging. "

"I specifically chose this hotel because it has a pool & hot tub. What they did not mention was that they own 2 side by side resorts, & that the pool, hot tub & other amenities are on the other (more expensive) resort. While we had access to all, it meant either a frigid walk or wet drive back to our suite. The Wi-Fi was down when we first arrived, & very spotty. We had to use my daughter’s Mobil Hotspot to access Netflix. They leave no information about the suite, so found out the next morning that the fridge that I placed food in wasn’t on. Also couldn’t find the kitchen supplies. The only saving grace was the staff. Chantel went above & beyond to help out in any way she could. While I liked the location, I can’t say that I’ll go back again"

"It was a continental breakfast. OJ, coffee hard boiled eggs etc. you are paying for the view. The room was the tiniest space and the bathroom wasn’t big at all. The weather was bad and you couldn’t really see very much. "
