"Fantastic from for a family of four exploring London. The room had everything we needed, including laundry in the apartment. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the tower and tower bridge. The Tower Hill tube station took us everywhere else that we wanted to go. Hop on hop off buses pick up right across the street from the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Everything in the hotel and the area was incredibly clean. And as a last point in its favor, the hotel restaurant, Cento Alla Torre was terrific and we had an easy delicious dinner there after checking in thoroughly jet lagged and needing a pick me up. "
