"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "Amazing little hideway just within easy walking distance of West Malling, the hosts were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable on arrival, we purchased the firepit kit which was beautifully presented and included marshmallows and all your fire starting essentials, perfect for a quiet evening under the night skies. "A really good no frills stay in London, we were visiting Victoria park so it was a 15 minute walk away and the hotel is right by Bethnal Green underground. Small rooms but perfect for what we needed in a 1 night stay, surprisingly quiet at night, all good!"

"First time staying at this chain and was so pleasantly surprised by price, location, cleanliness and above all the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. Rooms are basic but all you need, the shower was good. Towels fresh. Pretty much everything you’d need in a hotel room in a big city where you’ll spend most of the time outside of the room. One thing missing for Canary Wharf was an iron but I’m sure I could have asked at desk. I just freestyled instead lol"
