"Very unusual property with various buildings spread out through the village. The room was quite good. The only complaint is that the hotel is very understaffed and there was little help available in certain areas. For example, we had to carry kayaks and find paddles and life jackets ourselves because there was not a single person working on the boat area."

"Staff were very nice but the building and the room are deteriorated and very dated. There were pieces of popcorn ceiling hanging in our room and then in the corridors there was debris on the floor from popcorn ceiling. This is on the fourth floor of the building after a rainy night. There was dust coming out of the lighting fixtures in cafeteria and falling down on our table/food during the breakfast. Second morning it was still not cleaned. TV remote could not work if more than 3 feet away from the TV. Bathroom was clean but everything is very old."

"This is an old-fashioned motel - one floor with parking right in front of your door. We stayed one night for a wedding in the area. The rooms were basic and clean; the bed was comfortable. The price seemed a bit high for what it was, but that may well be because of high demand near Skaneateles on a Saturday night in August. Nonetheless, I'd suggest their considering an update of their air conditioning at some point as it was a windo-type model inserted through the back wall, As such, it didn't turn off all night regardless of the temperature in the room and the temperature it was set for. The temperature was nonetheless fine during our stay and the continual drone of the air conditioner acted as a white noise machine, so it wasn't bothersome to us, but it might be to others."

"This was a beautiful property with plenty of space for our whole extended family! Having so many bathrooms was truly a game changer. We also love the entertainment available with the pool table that converted to a ping pong table and the board games. The host was responsive and said hello in person. The beds were also very comfortable and everything was clean. There is not really a sandy beach, but that isn’t generally the norm in the fingerlakes and the dock and the kayaks worked well along with the canoe we brought along. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again!"
