"House was lovely and very clean when we arrived. Comfortable beds and living room. Best part was location, a 10 minute walk to most of Yorks best attractions."

"We loved this location! It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see in the city center and the included parking was a huge bonus. There was ample room for my husband, daughter, and I. Kitchen is well appointed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. "

"My husband, toddler, and greyhound stayed for three nights in this lovely cottage. It was quiet and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for accessing the train station and pub. Our dog was also very comfortable—the house did not smell of pets. It had been cleaned very well. "

"Very enjoyable stay in a surprisingly roomy terraced property. Quiet location yet very close to centre of Stokesley. High standard of cleaning and equipment. Our only issues were directions to the property, key in the wrong place and a microwave problem. We believe all of these points are being addressed."

"Trinity Cottage was a pleasure. The cottage is like new and very well appointed and the location is convenient to anywhere you want to go in York. Jerry was easy to reach and responded very quickly to all our communications. Our train was late and we had a bad experience traveling to York. Jerry made reservations at an exceptional restaurant the night of our arrival so we could recover from our travel. "Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. Communication before arrival was great, as was check in when we were helped with our bags down the steps and shown around. Anita (our host) was on holiday...
