"Reasonable rate for the location. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked smal, anyway. Nice facility, friendly staff. Nice to have parking on site. We were able to walk anywhere we needed."

"We arrived at 8:30 PM exhausted from a long drive and had to wait 52 mins to get our room. Supposedly it was being "inspected ". We had to speak to the front desk clerk 3 times and call the main hotel phone number to finally get our room assigned. We asked for the manager, but she never had the courtesy of coming to speak to us and explain what happened. The following day we got an email from the house keeping supervisor stating that they were sorry and would make up for this uncomfortable situation some way or the other. Up to now have not heard back from him. Terrible experience, we lost a dinner reservation and went to bed extremely upset. Nice hotel, but don't plan to stay here ever again!"

"CLEAN ROOMS, GOOD BREAKFAST"

"The hotel is very nice, doesn't feel old. Restaurant is way above average hotel fare. BUT, I checked in on a Sunday and it took until Tuesday to get an internet connection. Each time I tried it was multiple pages of personal information ending with a $4.95 charge for internet. After two calls to the front desk I was told that as a Hilton Honors member it should be free - but it was not. Then they gave me a 'promotional passcode' that got me on. So either Hilton of Skirvin are trying to monetize each guest with $4.95 extra for internet? I mean really, even the cheapest motel 6 gives free wi fi. The front desk upon check in needs to explain the wi fi procedure. Thhey did not. In addition to the wi fi fiasco, I checked in on Sunday and spent 5 hours and 6 conversations on Wednesday to get my room cleaned to no avail. It finally got cleaned on Thursday. "

"Amazing hotel and room. Great location, clean rooms. The hotel hallways smelled amazing, I know that’s a weird thing to say. Fresh and clean scent. Top floor bar was great with fantastic service. Highly recommend this hotel. We’ll be back!"

"Parking was safe and easy. The front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful, kind and professional. The beds are comfortable but the rooms were a little outdated for the price. The pool is great for kids but not very accommodating for adults. They just had direct TV and no smart tv options or the ability to cast or stream and they were small for the room size, just 32 inches."

"Room was bad. You could here the gurgling water when petson above took shower. It was bad enough to wake us up. Instead of moving us ( sold out) Manager said he would place enough points in my acct to get a free room on my next stay. I mever received the points. Everything else was good"
