"This hotel was amazing value. The children really enjoyed the pool and the room was lovely and clean and spacious, with the added bonus of a fridge draw and an espresso machine. Breakfast was great too, would definitely stay here again."

"I had read some reviews that worried me but I shouldn’t have worried. The staff were charming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I had an evening meal and a super breakfast. I stayed in a classic double room which was fine for 1 but I think would be a squeeze for 2 but there are bigger doubles. The en suite room had everything necessary for a short stay and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was air conditioned which was marvelous given the weather we’ve just had. The lifts (bar one) were working. Thank you for a comfortable stay."

"The hotel location is perfect. Sits adjacent to the tower bridge and many other attractions are at a walkable distance. The rooms could definitely use some renovations,furniture was outdated and needs a refresh. I would stay at this property again."

"Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by staff. My room was not ready even though it was just after check-in time. Not a really big deal but inconvenient after a long flight especially from a hotel that offers an early check-in option. I was going to be spending my days out enjoying the city so opted for a room without a window. The room was big for London standards, simple, clean, had a private bathroom, and TV. The shower needed a better clean as it was starting to mildew. Rooms are cleaned after the 3rd night, but if you need anything before then, just ask the front desk. The location of the hotel is minutes from King’s Cross/St Pancras Station and bus stops which makes it super convenient for all your transportation needs. There are also many places to eat and shop nearby. This hotel is good value for your money if you’re looking for no frills accommodations."
