"Surprised by all the negative reviews. The place was fine. It was quiet and clean and the people were cool."

"Our room had an odd shape that would have been fine had the room not been crowded with too much furniture. It almost felt as if a club chair and ottoman from another room had been parked in ours. We pushed it aside to make more space, which was ok for a one night stay. Also, the AC was not consistently cooling. Engineer came to take a look, and it worked better, but not ideally after that. Location and shuttle are great in the morning for making it to ORD on time."

"The reception staff (Nick in pm and Marie in am) were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the shower water pressure was very strong with plenty of hot water. One disappointment was the very soft mattress! The complimentary breakfast was better than average with a wide variety of menu options. The shuttle was timely from and back to the airport. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience."

"Place was dirty and smelly. It was doused in scented cleaning products to try to mask smell, didn't help much. Room was scuffed and a busy highway runs just past the back of the property - the sound does not stop, regardless of time of day. Breakfast was literally toast and fruit, served in the hotel bar that was still sticky from the night before. The rates for the rooms are low and you get what you pay for."
