"Great location. I thought the room was fine & the bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good. Day time staff were friendly and helpful. When we first arrived , we asked if we needed reservations for breakfast. They asked if we had pre-paid for it. I couldn’t remember, so we offered to pay right then and there. Oh—they couldn’t take payment! Finally they checked the records and saw that we had pre-paid. So, do we need reservations? Nope…Evening staff seemed untrained. The Welcome Pkg card said call anytime for anything 24/7. Firstly, it was hard to get anyone to answer the phone. I called 4 times last evening before someone answered. Once when I called from a local tourist spot, they eventually answered “Hello?” I wasn’t sure I even had the right number at that point! I asked for more coffee pods—they gave me instant coffee. When I again asked for the pods, I was told they guessed they didn’t have anymore. Oh well! The attitude seemed to be that if they didn’t know the answer or couldn’t help, that was as good as it was going to get. The voucher they gave me for parking says “ get 100% discount”. Not true. I paid a balance both days. I can’t in good faith say that I would recommend the place."
