"It’s a standard budget hotel… the room smelled a little like body odor initially but leaving the window open helped air that out. The bed was mediocre and only had two very thin, flimsy pillows… but again, you get what you pay for and it’s a solid budget-friendly option"

"Positives: -- Nice hotel proximal to the train station, multiple shops, and the main city of Belfast -- Very attentive and helpful people at the front desk -- A reasonably spacious and clean room with a very nice bed and great shower Negatives (minor): -- Internet is not very strong (at least in our room) -- Could not figure out the coffee machine -- Electric sockets not ideal"

"As we were three gents travelling together, this contradicted Premiers policy of only two adults, presumably of the opposite sex travelling together. As we were three…myself, my husband and my brother this went against Premiers family policy. Never mind that we too are a family. However the staff at this inn eventually relented in contradiction of Premiers policy and we were permitted to occupy the room. The room was fine, however all, and I mean ALL of the windows in the hotel were dirty and had not seen a clean in ages. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working leading to excessive steam, condensation and other odour buildup. For such a new hotel, the lack of housekeeping and maintenance was stark and obvious. Premier is obviously trying to operate the hotel with a minimum of staff to maximise profits."
