"Bathroom glas wall full of mould. Room was ok. Breakfast room in the Hotel not available oan oane day. We had to walk 100m in bad weather to the bowling restaurant for breakfast."

"Checkin smoothly. The apartment is big enough for 4 people, dotated with everything you need (cutlery, plates, stove, fridge). Location is quite central at 8 minutes from Toplița bob, Lidl at 2 minutes. You can see Thermal Waterfall from the window. Very clean and cosy. I loved the smell of bedsheets. "After arriving at the location, had to call and wait 10 min. for a person to come and open it. The advertised 24/7 front desk is by phone only. The pictures advertised are from another location. They don't have a restaurant, only a location for special events. No A/C on the first floor room. Not any kind of hangers for towels or support for toilet paper. No toiletries except 2 small round soaps. No slippers available. For the price it is a total rip off."
