"Room was small but accommodating for 3 people. The only thing we used it for was to sleep in. The Lift (Elevator) was very slow. Always took the elevator up but walked down the stairs. Room was very clean. No A/C but we knew this when we booked the room reservation. We really didn't need A/C until that last night were were there. The provided fan helped a lot. The general location of the hotel is a very comfortable walk to Paddington Station."

"Super 2 night stay on the hottest weekend of the year. A warm welcome from reception, on arrival. They had put the air conditioning on in the room and it was a pleasure to walk into. Spotlessly clean bed was very comfortable, the shower was first class with some very nice toiletries. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk available alongside a small fridge...a real bonus. I asked if there was an iron and ironing board available and it was delivered to the room within minutes. A great location in a residential street, so very quiet. As you can tell, I really liked this place and will be returning."

"We had a recently renovated triple room. It was extremely clean and the 3 single beds were ideal for us. The bathroom was lovely the only downside was no door on the shower so made the rest of the bathroom very wet and slippery when used. Breakfast had a good choice and reasonably priced at £15 pp. when I booked didn’t realised there was a lot of building works going on but didn’t hear any noise after 5pm or before 8am - no good if you want a lie in as it was noisy after 8 but fine for us. We would definitely stay here again. Location was fantastic Staff really helpful"

"The hotel is located in a good area, next to Gloucester Rd. underground station, with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants close-by. It is coveniently located for a short tube ride to most of the tourist attractions. Our club-room was spacious with good heating/AC and a nice bathroom. We have booked to stay again later this year."
