"Great location near plenty of restaurants and the shuttle bus to the slopes. Communication great and there is a free shuttle bus to take you to the supermarket."
"A beautiful tucked away spot in Hakuba! The surrounding forest was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. About 15min walk to Goryu or they can take you in the shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for, also a lovely spot focusing around keeping your dogs happy and taken care of. Spacious cabin feel and a decent restaurant with some nice options :) I would recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter or summer"
"This hotel is amazing on all counts, legendary breakfast beyond wildest dreams and expectations, a cornucopia of delights. I will return and recommend to anyone and especially my friends and family"

10/10 Excellent
"The place is really nice. We would love to come back some time again for trekking. And thank you Tosh for dropping us in the railway station. "
"I visited Hakuba Sun Valley with my partner and 2 children and we LOVED it!
The location is amazing, directly opposite the chair lift, and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive.
We will definitely be staying here again next season!"
"Budget friendly pension, you get what you pay for. If you're just there to ski, want to save money, and don't care for a fancy place or amenities. Room was decently spacious, we had a quad room 2 beds with 2 more beds with the loft so could fit up for 4 people.
Pros: Walkable to Goryu Ski Resort, there are a couple of bars/restaurants within 2 minutes of walking. There is a place to store your skis/snowboard equipment and its a heated room so your items can dry. The owners will cook for you (extra cost) for breakfast or dinner (never tried it, but others staying here said the food was solid).
Con: You can only use the shower from 4pm - 9:30pm and its on the bottom floor. There is only 1 shower from what I saw. Ended up just using the onsen at Goryu Ski Resort every night after skiing to shower. The main shared bathroom only has 1 stall for the men's side, but there is one downstairs on the main floor too. "
"Ski in ski out location. Fantastic hotel with large rooms and indoor fire pit. Staff were extremely helpful. Having a vehicle is preferable to go to and from town but they do run a shuttle
Service free of charge."
"I love this chalet in good size, perfect fit for 6 people, however, if there is one more shower room, will be even better. Bedding, sofa, floor, toilet are all perfect clean。 👍👍👍"
"This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. Although the temperature was so low, I guess it’s below zero, we were so excited to staring at the stars thanks to the hot spring. Needless to say the room is comfortable; warm, clean and enought space and amenities to stay luxury.
The facility is the best to stay relaxed and enjoy the magnificent nature. "
