"This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. Although the temperature was so low, I guess it’s below zero, we were so excited to staring at the stars thanks to the hot spring. "温泉郷という事もあり、大浴場や露天風呂はとてもよかったです。お部屋も綺麗でゆっくり過ごせました。何よりも食事の時のスタッフの方々の対応がとてもよかったです。アジアの他国出身のスタッフの方もいらっしゃいましたが、とても印象が良かったです。ただ今の時代のこともあり、Wi－Fiが部屋では全く繋がらなく、1階ロビーでもとても遅かった点が残念でした。"
