"This was a lovely hotel with helpful staff that have great English. My only (minor) complaint is that the complimentary breakfast is fairly mediocre, especially compared to other hotels you'll find in Vietnam. Overall though, an excellent stay."

"Buffet breakfast was ok nothing to rave about. Room clean but the descriptions for the executive does not include a kitchenette as displayed. Staff has limited language skills but helpful. Does not follow up or answer calls. Area is quiet after about 9pm nice eateries nearby. Helpful unit has a refrigerator. AC was excellent with the heat and humidity. Did see a few critters in room. Nice if TV had more diverse channels but you are in Vietnam and the wifi was nice a fast to do online viewing."

"Hotel was what we expected of 3 stars. The room size was ok, the mattress a bit hard and the heater is like not functioning as intended. Hot water needs to let the water run for 10 mins before it got heated. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and helped to prepare our breakfast for takeaway as we have to check out before 6am (bf starts at 630am). There are restaurant and street food surrounding the hotel. Overall the hotel is value for what we paid for."

"Hotel is under booked and so under staffed - like a ghost ship The staff that are there seem uninterested in service and , humorously, don't know how to work the toaster. Breakfast was passable at best. Possibly caters for Chinese tours as there was no sense of individual service. Room was fine, great view of the harbour and the sunset.
