"Very great for solo travelers who want a quiet night"

"Un hôtel calme dans une rue située à l écart. Personnel très aimable."

"Host was amazing. All the food was great. Swimming in the bay was phenomenal "

"Super helpful staff, made things very easy"

"Lovely staff, amazing view, large rooms, scooters for hire, close to port."

"Leider so schmutzig, dass wir das hotelzimmer nicht bezogen haben und weiter gereist sind. "

"The hotel staff were very helpful. They upgraded our room for free. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a typhoon, but the staff were very caring and helpful, making sure we had transportation arranged to get off of the island. Convenient location close to many restaurants."

"Nice modern hotel with rooftop pool. The rooms were a little under furnished however. It’s set out like an apartment but no cooking pots or utensils. No plates or cutlery. Only 2 cups and 2 teaspoons in a family room. The breakfast was quite limited compared to other places we stayed in the country e.g there was no juice and one fruit served. "Great location, view of the bay, lovely homestyle breakfast, very helpful staff, room spotless."

A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished."

"Roza Palace was a wonderful stay on Cat Ba Island. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even scheduling pick ups for transportation and restaurant reservations. Location in Cat Ba is also great. Highly recommend a stay here."

"Staff and facilities are excellent. Trang organised all our trips and transfers faultlessly."

"Friendly lady to greet you, private clean rooms with a/c…. 10/10 stay"

"We had a fantastic stay at Spring Garden Hotel in Cát Bà. The hotel was lovely, but what really made our stay special was the incredible level of care and personal attention from the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Emma, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She helped us organise trips, arrange taxis and transport, and gave us lots of useful local information and advice. One example really...
