The hotel is right next to a subway station, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Every staff member we met was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Seoul! "

"It’s our second time staying at ENA. We had a great stay last time so we chose to stay here again. The front desk always greets you with a smile. There are two washer and dryers if you wanna do your laundry. Namdaemun is a convenient area for sightseeing so location is excellent. We like ENA! "

"Our experience of Sotetsu Splaisir was very good, although the rooms felt a bit small for a family of 4. Good choice of food for breakfast although opening time of 7am feels a bit late especially considering that tours start at 07h30. The hotel is close to major attractions, centrally located and close to many eateries. Easy to catch the airport bus from there. "
