"Thermostats didn’t work. Room temperature reached to 28C. Front desk suggest to provide a fan - I was shocked to hear that. Upon refusing the fan option, changed my room. New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. Room size although they call it king size bad room was terrible. No sitting spot to sit and put your shoes on. Breakfast is below...

I took a paper cup to take some tea to my room after our breakfast at the hotel cafe, but a young tall waiter stopped me and told me that the paper cup is only for people who buy takeway. "Loved our stay here. We stayed for business trip. Rooms were spacious and clean. Our highlight for sure was the breakfast, so delicious with a huge variety. "This was the perfect place for our family to stay! The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine. It was safe and clean and the location was amazing. It was a short/cheap cab ride to Nianxiny Ancient City (highly recommend!) and easy to get to the subway station to access Disney, the Bund and Zhujiajiao. I would highly recommend this place for a group stay around Shanghai!"
