"The first room I was in the light above the bed would not turn off, the coffee pot was not working and the phone did not work. I got them to give me another room, it was marked as clean but it was actually a blocked room that someone trashed the THIRD room I got was decent but the hair dryer was off the mount on the wall and so was the moisturiser. I spend 6 days here. The breakfast is expectable and the lobby is nice. The pool was not heated but open and clean. Staff was very attentive however...

"I liked that they were kind enough to let me pick my room since they only had 2 available. The room we ended up chosing however needed the shower to be fixed and we decided to end our stay the day after even if we booked for a whole week. Keep in mind it wasn't refundable so we definitely lost more than 200 bucks. But the condition of the room was definitely not something we wanted to be in, we ended up booking an airbnb near by."

"The location was very convenient and close to many restaurants. The hotel was clean and very cold. The indoor pool was a bonus and the kids really enjoyed it. I am only giving 4 stars because the free breakfast was awful and tasted really bad. "
