Welcome to Seawind 1802, your luxurious Gulf-front oasis in Gulf Shores! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 18th floor offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, providing the perfect backdrop for your dream vacation.

As you step into this beautifully appointed condo, you'll be greeted by a spacious and elegantly furnished living area. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to fill the space, while providing uninterrupted views of the sparkling Gulf waters. Step out onto the large private balcony from both the living area and the Primary bedroom, and soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf as you relax in the ample seating provided.

The Primary suite is a serene retreat, featuring a comfortable King bed, walk-in closet, and a 43-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. With balcony access directly from the Primary suite, you can wake up to stunning sunrise views over the Gulf or unwind with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset in the evening. The attached private bath offers luxury and convenience, with a large walk-in shower providing a refreshing escape after a day at the beach.

The second bedroom boasts a Queen bed and a 42-inch flat-screen TV, providing a cozy and inviting space for guests or family members. The bunk room is perfect for children or additional guests, with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and a 34-inch flat-screen TV to keep everyone entertained.

Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need for your culinary creations. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for the whole family, or take advantage of the outdoor dining area on the balcony for an experience with breathtaking views of the Gulf.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay at Seawind 1802! The property was beautiful, clean and a perfect beach location. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We definitely will stay here again.

Great view right on the beach.

Wonderful view from the 18th floor directly on the beach. Only downside was waiting on the elevators bringing our luggage up the day we arrived.

Great Views

Loved the view from the balcony. Sea and Suds was nice and steps away. Did have an issue with the toilet and they tried to fix it immediatley. Also power knoced out the elevators, that really stunk walking from the 18th floor. Over all it was a nice place to stay.

Condo was great except the room with the bunk beds didn’t have A/C. Communication was great with managers. Easy check in and check out process. The beach had double red flags which means the beach was closed for most of our stay. We still enjoyed the sand and the sun.

Enjoyed stay overall

The condo was great and fit the description. Only drawback was there are only two elevators and there’s a public beach access right beside the condo which makes for a large crowd over holidays. After the holiday the crowd was gone. Enjoyed the stay!

Lovely get away

Beds, pillows, linens were all very nice. Condo was well kept. Furniture was nice. Very happy with our stay. Went during Spring Break, no problems with waiting for elevators. Plenty of parking and can walk to restaurants, The Hangout and shops. Loved the owners had coolers for use and charging stations everywhere!! Nice TVs with streaming apps and Dish. Really liked the nice balcony furniture as well.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at Gulf Shores! We stayed Labor Day Week and did not have a problem with waits at the elevators. It wasn't too crowded at all, and the weather was beautiful. Condo was great - good location, loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Some of my family thought the queen bed in our condo was uncomfortable, and there was sand on the floor but otherwise the condo was very clean. It had everything we needed.

Exactly what it says it is!

Amazing location. Absolutely loved the gulf views from the 18th floor. Kids didn’t want to leave! Hang out at the beach and walk back to the pools, it was perfect. Only thing is I had to drive to liquid life HQ to pick up our parking pass because it wasn’t in the room, however, this might be because we actually checked in a day earlier than we were scheduled, and that in itself was a blessing! So it was worth it! Thank you guys! We will be back.

We came the second week in Sept... And it was beautiful... Condo was as in pictures and the view was amazing. Would not want to deal with the only 2 elevators during peak season... And there were ants in the condo.

We came to Gulf Shores for a softball tournament and wanted somewhere on the beach. This place had great views and was well appointed. The worst part was the elevators. The bldg has 2 elevators and that is the worst part of it with all the people that can stay there it needs way more than just two. That is the biggest complaint everything else was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as the pictures show. Very clean, well appointed, with an excellent view of the beach. The location is convenient for shopping and there is a large variety of places to eat or stores from which to buy groceries if you prefer to eat in. Building only has 2 elevators, so there was often a wait for a crowded elevator ride up or down, but onsite staff would sometimes run the elevator to help alleviate congestion. Overall it was a good place to stay and I would stay here again.

Management company is terrible

Condo is great and location is great. The management company is terrible. I waited over 4 hours on checkin day to get a resolution to a code not working. Spent hours on the phone being lied to and ignored. Never was resolved and never got a code to use the entire trip. The lock had to be replaced by the onsite HOA and there was zero communication from the management company. The condo was not cleaned well at all and the floors were gross. I let them know right away and they sent someone to vacuum. She didn’t speak English and didn’t understand what I was asking. I was refunded part of my cleaning fee, but recieved no follow about the hours spent trying to resolve the key pad working. We did one key to share between 4 people, which was just not a great solution.

Not very clean

Maid service just did a quick wipe down. I don’t think floors had been mopped in some time. Has to wear shoes or socks while inside and couldn’t let the babies down on the floor. Floors were disgusting moved dresser and night stand out to plug in phone charger and dust was piled up. Other than cleanliness everything else was great.

Lovely condo and great location

Three ladies traveling to celebrate retirement, we liked that there were three rooms for privacy. The bunk bed room does not have a closet or a dresser. However, there are shelves in the room and plenty of room in the other closets to accommodate the third person. The main bathroom has a door that opens into the queen bedroom, basically making it an ensuite. Bring beach chairs or rent a chair/umbrella set on the beach ($40 for the first day; $30 every other day.). Two of the four chairs stored in the laundry room were broken. The deck is awesome with a spectacular view and the outdoor chairs and tables are top quality! We spent a few nights watching “crab hunters” on the beach while playing cards. Items you may want to bring: hair dryer, beach towels, extra blankets and ice. The refrigerator has an ice maker but could not keep up with our large mugs we took to the beach each day. Restaurants and souvenir shops are within walking distance. Make sure to go to “The Hangout” for their fried Grouper sandwich. All in all, a good time in a great location!

Great condo, not so great check-in.

Will start with the positives. The condo itself is great (main couch is well loved, but that was the worst of it), great layout, comfortable beds, ample amount of tvs (important if traveling with kids!). Kitchen is well stocked, appliances in good shape. We picked a higher floor for the view, and this one did not disappoint. The pool & spa need a face lift/remodel, but the splash pad is cute. Easy walk to the beach, make reservations for chairs/umbrellas in advance. The negatives. Our unit had been partied in the night before we checked in. The unit's management company has a check-in time of 3pm, with the right to push that time back based on a number of things. I reached out at 3:30 to see when our unit would be ready, and was told (for the first time) that it needed an excessive clean and was not ready. Met the management inspector at the door and she went in to check. The unit was not "ready" until well past 4:30 and it was never 100% clean. There was zero recourse and only a bot has reached out via text, will not be renting via this management company again.
