Can clearly hear the conversation of anyone standing by the door talking; such as the neighboring rooms. Wasn’t much of an issue since we didn’t sleep in the sitting area & the other guests were never there long. Unfortunately, the waterfall at the pool didn’t not work and the dj had only one beat. My young adult children thought the dj was terrible and would have preferred a playlist/radio. Overall...

"Just one complaint The door to the area we stayed at was VERY HARD TO OPEN and we were stuck there two mornings for a few minutes because the door would not open The lock just spun around… we physically went to the office and told them but it never got fixed … we were in room 23309 "

"Many family activities for small children: feeding wild life, free bikes for use, playground, baby pool, game room, etc. Unfortunately the food and drink situation for adults was not great. They were severely understaffed everywhere. It took 20 minutes to get a drink. Food was average to below average at best. they could make a LOT more money if they improved the food and beverage service."

"There was a lot of construction going on around the entrance area of the hotel. Made it kind of noisy and hard to get around. But this is a temporary thing and it will be better once its done I'm sure."
