I had reached out asking if we could get late checkout, even just an additional hour would have helped. They were super kind and had arranged late check out for us with no problems. Super helpful and friendly staff And lovely food. Only moan would be we only had a double bed rather then king-size (1st world problems I know)"

"Firstly, I should say that I did only pay £55 for the night, so I can't expect too much. I just needed a place to crash for the night as I in Leicester to catch up with some friends at the nearby Everards Beer Hall. I opted for this hotel over one of the budget chains as I thought it would have a bit more character. Unfortunately the common areas had a strange musty smell and looked very tired and dirty. The room itself was ok. The bed was on the soft side but I slept fine after a long day...
