"The location is fantastic, right in front of the Pantheon and close to major historical landmarks and monuments in Rome. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming."

"I had a lovely stay here. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean but dated, on par with a 3* not 4*. The shower wasn’t very wide… for my wide shoulders. Evening meal in the restaurant which is a roof top terrace was delightful. 4* review just the dated room let it down. Thank you. It was located about 10-15mins flat walk from Roma Termini. Lots around the hotel to have a nosey too. I would stay again"

Massimi City Garden Hotel

"We are a couple visiting from Canada. We liked this small hotel. Nice outdoor space. Neighbourhood hotel away from the tourist congestion. Shuttle to the metro so you can get anywhere. 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. Didn’t have a great checkin experience. We booked a deluxe room. We were put into a 1 st story room at the back facing the dumpsters. When I told them the room description said City or Garden view they moved us. They said we could only get a 1st floor room. The view from the room we ended up with was okay. View was partially blocked by an elevator shaft. Inside the room was nice. I have never experienced this type of floor restriction before. Not sure if it was communication error or if it was because it was booked through Expedia. My experience has been deluxe room is better than standard and a higher floor. Having said all this I would recommend this hotel and using Expedia to book it."

"En general es un buen lugar. Hay muchos detalles por pulir. Por el precio, que no fue muy económico no hay buena relación precio comodidad. Los ascensores no valían. Los baños son un tanto oscuros. Hay q llevar un candado para el locker."
