There was five of us so we had two rooms. The smaller one smelled horribly and was way too small for three people so good thing only two of us stayed in that one. The other one was much nicer, bigger, and smelled nice. It also had bigger bathroom than the other...

"we did late-check-in. but the way that pass the key was really irresponsible and NOT safe, I think. I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "
