"Hotel Staff at very nice and friendly at every place in the hotel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they gave us a room upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel. Special thanks for guest experience team member Eva she made a beautiful decoration in our room and was pending for every single need we had and was in contact with us all the time. Thank you again Eva you are the best!!"

"The room was not ready at 3:30pm on arrival which was disappointing, the lady on reception was initially unhelpful until we pushed on the problem as we had travelled for 20 hours to Guangzhou and needed to rest. Another staff member stepped in and upgraded us and gave us instant access to our rooms. Always stay at the Baiyun hotel and usually no issues"

"This is probably one of the best Rosewoods I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. I have stayed at other 5* hotels in Guangzhou but from now on this is the only place to stay. Pool beautiful and not crowded. Both bars very busy and great atmosphere. Really couldn’t fault it. Room was sensational too!!"
