"Great location for a restful beach getaway"

"We did a long weekend getaway with 8 total friends (all adults) and this place was perfect, esp if you like walkability. The stairs down to the beach is 2 blocks away and downtown Pismo Beach was a 10 min walk where you can get good coffee and food. We all really appreciated how everyone could have their own rooms (with king size beds) and almost everyone had their own bathroom. The kitchen was big enough for us to all navigate easily and cook a large dinner one night. Will definitely be back...

"So many thoughtful touches from the host: several bottles of cold water in fridge, q-tips and make up cleanser pads in the bathroom. The bed in the primary bedroom was super soft and comfortable and the shower is great! "

"This property was exactly as described, if not better! The back patio deck was perfect, large with no obstructing views. Our family spent more time visiting on the back deck enjoying the ocean view."

"Good experience, management was helpful and responsive. No parking but it really wasn’t that big of a deal moving the car every four hours. There is four hour parking between 10 am and 6 pm, after 6 pm there is no time limit. Great place for kids because there is a cool swing set on the beach. The place has been refinished inside, that was a plus."
