"This is the only Hotel I stay in when I come to Guadalajara. It is located in the central part of the city and is extremely convenient. It feels like a classic old hotel, but the facilities are immaculate."

"Great hotel with very friendly staff. The street noise can be very loyd at night. If you have a room facing the afternoon sun the room takes a while to cool down. I recommend better insulating curtains, fans in the room, and to lower the room temperatures before check in so it is not so warm for rooms facing the afternoon sun. "

There was jut an issue on our first day....before we arrived at the hotel I called to confirm our reservation and the receptionist told us that the check in was until 2:00pm, so we decided to go for a walk downtown. After 2:00pm, we arrived at the hotel and noticed the cabin wasn't clean yet. I had to call reception twice in order for them to send the cleaning lady! and it took more than an hour for the room to be ready."
