"Horrible stay. Shower didn't work until the last day. Hotel refused to move us or comp all or part of the stay. Management was rude when we spoke to them. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Given the price of these rooms, this level of service is unconscionable. Senior management of Sheraton take note. We will share our horrible experience in every social medium and platform we can reach. "

"This house was the best rental I’ve ever had, the host exceeded my expectations. We had a couple things to fix in the house and he fixed them right away , my family was very happy with the house and they had a great time . They are planning to come back again next year and I’ll make sure to rent this property again because we all had a good time . "The room was spacious and a nice layout as was the lobby area. We did not explore the rest of the hotel or amenities. In the room, however, there was an odor of mold/mildew throughout our room. Additionally, the shower head was leaking all over the back of the shower. We were only there for less than 12 hours so we didn’t bother to have it fixed or let staff know. It wasn’t a bad stay but not as good as other Hilton hotels we’ve stayed in. "

"I stayed several nights on the 6th floor. It was a quiet and peaceful night. The bedroom and living room are spacious except for the bathroom, it is a bit small. Overall, I was happy. And there are enough parking spaces."

"I truly don’t understand how a golf club could be as disappointing as this was. We clearly don’t drink enough to accept mediocrity as superb. Food was better at the airport. How does one get 3 different textures of rice noodles in one dish? Bar couldn’t make a simple drink correctly. I asked for 2 of the same drink in one glass so I didn’t have to fight the half naked teenagers screaming in the party rooms. I got a double shot of something vile in a single serve glass. Room temperature was completely awful the entire stay. The thermostat never read or adjusted to cool the room, even after three attempts to contact maintenance. The bed was clean. That’s all I can say positively. Should’ve stayed at a Hilton property."
