"The only complain I have is that they are not super strict with their quiet times. At least from what I have noticed. People were laughing and talking on high volumes past 11 pm; I was waking up multiple times through the night from someone's stomping on the floor. But the hostel itself is amazing. Multiple washrooms with showers, you can book private room, shower gel and shampoo provided, along with towels (need to pay for extra). Located in pretty...interesting spot of the city, let's say...

"Location is perfectly centered downtown. Staff were helpful, restaurants were great, and the room was perfect for a weekend getaway."

"Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. All the amenities you could ever ask for. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent for anything you needed. Can’t think of anything I would ask to be changed."

"Great location and views and staff person that assisted me virtually was friendly and responsive."

"Very good and affordable hostel, which is very rare in Toronto. There are plenty of food options in Kensington Market (and a T&T Market nearby) and is one 20-minute bus ride away from Dundas/TMU/Eaton Centre where most tourist things are. Of note, the lockers in the rooms are not big enough to store a luggage, they're high school lockers for storing backpacks, valuables and jackets. My roommates and I just left our luggages on the floor. The rooms were very quiet despite the outdoor events...

"I really enjoyed my stay here, our flight arrived really early and check in was a bit late so the staff held our bags while we explored until our room was ready. Very quiet and enjoyable stay for such a busy location in the city. very walkable and transit was easy to use from this location. Rooms had kind of a weird smell- idk if it was the cleaning solution. But room was clean and bed was super comfortable! Would definitely stay again"

"Check in was process started late. I communicated with them week before but they sent info 2 days before. We managed to get into the apartment, which was dirty, we checked in about 7 hours after the checkout time so there was enough time for housekeeping but we arrived to beds unmade, dirty dishes, dirty floor. With two tired children I had to change bedding myself! Which was stained! Then middle of the night, my kids bed broke! I had to wait until the next afternoon for housekeeping and...

"Everything was great thanks"

"second time staying here. its no frills but not lacking. staff were great. location is perfect . restaurants, record stores, and cool spots in every direction. will stay again"

"Was a good price in a good location. We had to wait a hour and 25 minutes as our unit was locked and no one on site to let us in. We were to check in at 430 pm and got checked in at almost 6 pm. We called for an extended check out and did not get a response back."

"It was very clean and in a good location."
