"So first off I know when you pay $60 a night it isn’t going to be wonderful. However with that being said I did read the reviews before booking this place. There is no way that anyone rated this place 10/10 which the first reviews did. It was a solid 7 at best. It is clean. It appears safe but there are small things, like fixing the deadbolt, that would go along way in upgrading this place"

"The receptionist on site assigned me a room per my request upon my call to the hotel prior to check-in. I requested a ground level non-smoking room with a King bed per my online booking and over the phone with him but when I arrived, the night receptionist that I spoke to earlier assigned me to a smoking room by accident, and that they only had a non-smoking room with double beds available.
