"The receptionist on site assigned me a room per my request upon my call to the hotel prior to check-in. I requested a ground level non-smoking room with a King bed per my online booking and over the phone with him but when I arrived, the night receptionist that I spoke to earlier assigned me to a smoking room by accident, and that they only had a non-smoking room with double beds available. I refused that because that was not what I booked so he was kind enough to put me in an upgraded...

"So first off I know when you pay $60 a night it isn’t going to be wonderful. However with that being said I did read the reviews before booking this place. There is no way that anyone rated this place 10/10 which the first reviews did. It was a solid 7 at best. It is clean. It appears safe but there are small things, like fixing the deadbolt, that would go along way in upgrading this place"

"One night stay when my daughter and I were visiting for a Stevie nicks concert. Need I say more? We didn’t need much. But apart from an initial mishap when we were given a room that wasn’t ready yet, which was quickly rectified, the stay was wonderful. Beautiful place, very clean, great amenities and location. Less than 20 minutes to Mystic and the olde shoppes and mystic pizza! "
