"Here’s a polished review you could post: My partner and I recently stayed at Oddfellows Chester when attending Chester Races, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by allowing us to access our room earlier than expected, which made a huge difference to our day and gave us plenty of time to get ready for the races without feeling rushed. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely focused on making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel itself was lovely, but it was the outstanding service that made our visit memorable. We would highly recommend Oddfellows Chester and will definitely stay again when we’re next visiting Chester."
