"We have enjoyed staying in this cosy apartment, placed in a nice neighbourhood with a shop just in the front door and a lovely bakery just few 100m away. The beds were really comfortable after a long day out walking and visiting Bruxelles with the whole family 😊 I strongly recommend."

"Fantastic apartment for our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 teens). It was very spacious and clean. The location was great - easy walking distance to the sights and also easy access to the tram, which stops a block away. The house manager was very responsive to any questions. Our only small issue is that the kitchen isn’t terribly well appointed (e.g. did not really have good knives or many implements for cooking). wouldn’t plan on doing a lot of cooking while there. But this was a minor thing....

"The apartment was very clean and quiet! Someone from the rental company met us when we arrived to let us into the apartment and show us around which was very nice and appreciated. The listing said that there was a washer and dryer but there was only one machine and it took a very long time for the clothes to dry. We were only able to open one window in the living room but the hosts provided fans when requested. Overall the apartment worked well for us."

"Decently-sized flat in a good location close to the European institutions, public transport and restaurants. The flat is well furnished and comfortable but the windows face towards a busy street close to an intersection and don't protect from the noise of the street. I had trouble sleeping in the morning because of the noise. "

"This property was good, but is looking a little tired. There are 2 bathrooms but only one toilet- this was not shown on the description. The owners were very confusing with regards to check-in- firstly saying that I had not completed check-in, then apologising when they found it, then advising that someone would be there to meet us- we were 10 minutes late, and no-one was there. We managed."

"Great location and wonderful apartment layout. It had a nice terrace with great view. Only reproach is the cleaning person really lets the apartment owner down. It was really dirty. From the toilet having stains, to the walls all having smudges of who-knows what. If a better cleaning crew were hired it would be perfect spot. "

Facilité d'accès à l'appartement mais attention : il faut avoir accès au reseau de son téléphone pour obtenir le code d'acces quelques heures avant son arrivée. Heureusement que mon conjoint a son telephone qui fonctionne à l'étranger sinon nous n'aurions pas pu acceder à l'appartement (le mien ne fonctionnant pas)"

"Some moulding on wall due to a water leak of some kind. It did not affect any functionality, however, the space was damp and mouldy smelling. The utensils were difficult to locate as they were in a cleverly hidden slide drawer which required communication to locate. The tennent on the main floor was intolerant to the paranoids of an older stair structure and having to lift luggage up the flight (as there is no elevator). "We really enjoyed the stay. The check-in service was incredibly good as the Usama and other customer care people went out of the way to help us. Rooms don't have AC but provided fans, which was lot enough on a hot summer night. Very close to everything! Nice place and great stay"
