"We loved the close proximity to the beach and areas of interest. We walking distance to dining, kayaking, and boating tours of the island. You are also 25 minutes away from Savannah. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would Highly recommended staying here if you’re visiting Tybee Island."

"This was my families first visit to Sea Pines and we had the best time! This villa is very clean and nicely decorated. The owner went out of her way to make sure we had all of the information about the island prior to our stay. Also, if had a question about finding the best of anything, Cindy gave me many different options. Very responsive! I highly recommend- we will be back! "

"Perfect house for our family of 5. The owners provided a closet full of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc which we utilized each day. We opted to bring our bikes and it’s an easy 10 minute ride to the beach and Harbour Town. While the house may be slightly dated, it is very clean and you cannot beat the price!"

"Property cleaned, keep pad didn’t work, took 45 minutes to get inside and had to use hidden key - auto door lock never did work. Someone removed guts from coffee pot, couldn’t make coffee, vacuum didn’t work, cockroaches inside, total 4 rolls of toilet paper for the week - some foliage needs cleaned out and trimmed just to enter and walking surface needs leveled and widened. Also advertised as beach front access —— nope, had to ride a shuttle 15-20 minutes to get to beach."
"This was our fifth annual family visit to Sea Pines. This was the first time we rented a house that was managed by Beachside Getaway. Their customer service is top notch! It began with communication before we arrived, and everyone was very attentive throughout our stay.This house is a large, very well decorated 2 story home located on the Harbour Town golf course. The location is ideal. We walked over to the light house/restaurants and shops frequently. We rented bikes and rode everywhere! But, we also thoroughly enjoyed being at the house and swimming in the pool. The deck/patio area is much larger than what you see in photos. There is a gas grill, which is a great touch! The whole house was very well stocked (much better than others we've rented) and it would be easy to stay for much longer than we did on this trip. I would say be careful in choosing who sleeps in each bedroom; the smaller of the 2 bedrooms that share the bathroom on the second floor definitely hears a lot of house/bathroom noises. We had a great stay and we would rent this house again! "
