"Quiet, comfortable hotel. One thing I didn't realize about residential hotels is that most of the guests are there for an extended period of time so in general they will be quieter than guests at other hotels. In addition, there will be fewer children around. Excellent breakfast every morning in a clean breakfast room."

"We loved staying here! Right in the heart of beautiful Denver… The property was spotless, the amenities were top notch and most importantly the bed was so comfortable! The worst part of the entire stay was parking but around the corner thankfully we found a parking garage because it is a busy street! There are delicious restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The people in the surrounding community are so friendly and allows you to pet their dogs which makes being away from mine...

"Property is excellent and is brand new. There is construction occurring everywhere around the property at the time we stayed. There were also vagrants roaming around at all hours, just be alert if you have to park on the street."

"A decently priced stay if you're planning to stay longer than a week. Fantastic location, close to a lot of things that make Denver, Denver. Good amount of parking on site, only had to park on the street once during my week long stay and it was *right* next to the door. Later on a parking spot opened up and I just moved my car there.
