"Stayed at this property for a concert at Alerus Center and it was perfect for two couples. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus the outdoor patio with a fire pit and two leather sectional recliners to relax on, there was lots of room to spread out and still be together. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities of home and none of the hassle!"

"I like this place and the location is perfect, but this particular unit has not been clean enough either time I’ve had it. The floor could really use cleaning, the screen door is broken, and the remote doesn’t work well and I had to struggle to get what I wanted to watch. I wasn’t there much so it was satisfactory for my purposes, but I think that should be addressed. and by the way, I didn’t communicate with the property manager, but it makes me push something and then it doesn’t let me submit...

"Very nice accommodations, excellent location and historic neighborhood. We could pretty much walk to anywhere for food, drinks, coffee, supplies etc. and even if we had to drive somewhere for something it was very close. All in all was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. The host really did me a favor when I checked in 👍"

"Beautiful property, conveniently located close to downtown. Easily walkable to restaurants and bars. The unit itself was large with plenty of space for the 12 of us that stayed. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the greatest so we didn’t use the rooftop patio very much. It was very nice though. Communication with the owners was great. Would highly recommend."

"First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
