You get 3 hours to enjoy the spa facility which includes snacks and tea in the common co-ed area, refreshing drinking water outside the steam room, lockers, showers, shampoo, hair dryers, hair gel, make up remover. "Traveling with a big family (two adults a 4 kids on this trip) is always a complicated task. But we all agreed this was the best place we've stayed - definitely better than the Airbnbs we typically need to accommodate all of us. The kids loved the pool, the video games, and the scavenger hunt provided at check-in. It was wonderful to have a kitchen and living space apart from bedrooms. We will be back!"

"The property by itself is 20min far from the lake. The picture of the lake in hotel booking pictures will confuse you, well just letting you know there is no lake or river around the hotel. It’s a totally different Ritz property that you can book separately from the hotel and stay there. They charge $800 per person and it’s only for 24hours or less to spend there. Yes I checked the map as well before I was booking and was wondering how come in the pictures I see lake in front of the hotel but on...
