Very friendly staff plenty of parking for an older Casino it was in good shape for its age rooms were clean made service was very friendly
Worked well for my show to stay close by. Was great all in all but bummed there were no microwaves available on the property as I had meal prep and needed one. Otherwise everything was clean and in working order! Staff was helpful for any questions and the valet service was fabulous!
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which surprisingly maintained a good level of cleanliness despite being an older hotel. Overall, it delivered exactly what we needed for a comfortable getaway.
The row of three casinos is way too convenient. Can't go wrong with any of them. They all even take the same slot tickets. Circus Circus was less expensive during our stay. Nice rooms. No issues. Fun time!
Absolutely cannot beat the price!! The room was clean and the staff was fantastic. Its just an older property...if you was the 4 seasons, go to the 4 seasons! If you need a close place to UNR for the week, you cannot beat Circus Circus! Oh...and the free parking garage is a huge deal. Thank you for that!
i usually like staying here but the ac was not it. it didn’t work at all and was so hard to sleep in. my uncle was also in the same hotel and his ac was also out and he contacted help and no one came so we didn’t bother as well. it was just horrible to sleep at night. but staff was great when we passed by b
Rooms very clean. The drawback is the very very long distance if your have a room in the sky tower!!!! The walk from the main lobby, plus up and down steps & escalator with luggage was exhausting!! My room in the sky tower had a noisy A/C that made it hard to fall asleep. The great part was when I address it, they moved me to their main hotel rooms off the main lobby!!!
We’ve stayed here multiple times for sports tournaments and even just for little family getaways, and my kids never get tired of this place. We had originally booked somewhere else this past weekend, but at the last minute the kids wanted to switch back here because they love it so much. The hotel showed sold out on their website, but thankfully we were able to find availability through Expedia.
Even with the last-minute change, the casino and hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and made everything smooth and stress-free. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Parking was easy, and honestly we barely had to leave the property because everything was there — entertainment, food, snacks, and little goodies that made the stay fun and convenient for the whole family.
As a traveling sports family, we really appreciate places that make things easy and enjoyable, and this location always does. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is great, and it’s become one of our family’s favorite places to stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon!

My family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at Circus Circus in Reno over the Memorial Day Weekend from Friday to Monday. I know this is probably one of the busiest times for this property, not only for the holiday, but because of the annual basketball tournament held at the convention center about 10-15 minutes away.
We arrived Friday afternoon around 4 pm. The process to drop off our luggage and have our car valeted took at least 30 min. They had 1 person helping with the luggage and 1 person in charge of valet. However, offloading the luggage takes longer than taking the car for valet. This produced a bottleneck within the entrance ramp. Also, people would get onto the ramp, park the car, and unload the luggage themselves. So, if a car was done being helped by employees, and there was a parked in the way, then the wait was even longer. However, staff was very kind and helpful once they are able to reach you. Valet is $20 for your stay and limited to 35 spots, which is very good.
Overall, the hotel room was stuffy/humid upon entering, but fixed by making the room very cold. There was several stains on the bedding. The walls are very thin. So, thin my husband and I thought it was our daughter making the noises. The gym was nothing special - bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals. Ease to the food and arcade was nice. The restaurants and quick food were a great perk for us.
You are able to do self check in and self check out. This was a very easy and convenient process.
