I called the hotel and Isaiah answered (poor soul); I told him I was on the corner of Maple Rd & Newport Rd and he took the time to find my whereabouts on a map and told me exactly how to get back to where I should be to reach the hotel. "We had a wonderful stay and even went back for an extra night after our trip to Chicago. We especially enjoyed the constant access to coffee, the pool, and the wonderful breakfast. One of the staff, Xavier, was especially helpful in terms of my husband's special needs(he uses a wheelchair) and gave us two little bottles of wine for my birthday. We will definitely stay there again if in Ann Arbor."
