"Stayed here for 5 nights for work and to explore Columbus. Internet was great, A/C and temperature of the house was great. Has a huge deck and area for outdoor gatherings, but we didn't really use it as we visited different restaurants and places. Has a large swim spa which I'm sure younger kids would enjoy; I was a little bummed as I thought it was a regular hot tub. upstairs bathroom layout/design (open / no door) makes it a little challenge to share if someone wants to use the swim spa. House has character with hardwood floors upstairs that will warn you if someone is moving around. Comfortable area with super easy highway access. Host met us after we arrived and provided a tour and provided instructions and answered any questions which was nice."

"My adult son and I are professional engineers who attended the steel conference (AISTech) at the Columbus Convention Center. We had wanted to stay in something other than a 'regular hotel' and in this regard, this place worked quite well. The beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms were large and one had a very nice desk for working on. The rest of the house... living room, kitchen and bathroom were fine as well although we spent so much time at the conference that we barely were at the house other than for sleeping. We never had a problem finding parking right out front and the neighborhood (and inside the house) was quiet and conducive for a good sleeping... although there was evidence of homeless people on the street not too far away (however, this never was a problem and did not interfere with us). The bathroom isn't fancy but it worked (although I did wonder where the exhaust fan was located). One strong suggestion for the owner is that the brickwork leading up to the front door be fixed up. We never had a problem but there is some unevenness so that there is a potential for someone to twist an ankle. All in all when considering all the factors including cost and the convenience for driving daily to the convention center (10 minutes away), this place was a good choice and I'd stay here again."

"The home is what we were looking for. Open floor concept and plenty of bedrooms for our kids. We were able to cook a family dinner and enjoy time with our family at the same time. The home was very clean and had PLENTY of towels for our family of 6. Looking forward to another stay."

"This was a great house for us. We were in town for appointments at Nationwide Childrens. As the listing notes, the house is minutes away from Nationwide Childrens (I can confirm it is literally 5 minutes away from the hospital). The house is easily accessed from the highway yet deeply set in a residential area. The neighborhood is actively evolving as there is new construction and renovations occurring throughout. There are also some very beautiful more historic homes in the area. The neighborhood is diverse and inclusive. We felt very at ease and comfortable in this house. It was literally the best home away from home we could have ever wanted. The backyard was amazing as well as the deck (unfortunately, the weather wasn't really cooperative so we didn't get to enjoy these amenities). The owners were fantastic to work with, very responsive, and so kind! Everything, beginning from the check-in process to the check-out, went very smoothly. As much as it pains me and upsets me, I do want to point out one very important thing: As the listing notes, this area is in the process of gentrification. This means that while the neighborhood is seeing an influx of more middle-class and higher individuals and/or families, there are also those who may be considered low-income that live in the area. If you are not willing to accept people of every age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, income, etc., don't stay here. The great people of this area don't need to be bothered."
