"Location and amenities were everything we expected. Perfect for my family of four easy slope access. Appreciated the he bathroom nightlight and stocked dishes. Very clean. Would have loved the option for late check out and pool towels. Vacasa was responsive when needed, like when the Internet network wasn't populating. (Router was unplugged.). We'd definitely stay there again."

"This apartment is in a great location. Convenient to restaurants and shops in Winter Park; very close to the free Lift bus stops to the ski mountain; and less than a 10 minute ride to the resort itself.The kitchen area is well stocked (though the coffee maker needs to be cleaned - I think there is a clog. A minor issue).The only disappointing factor was the building hot tubs were closed for repairs.Phil, the owner, was great to work with, responsive and accommodating!"

"2 adults, 3 kids and one of the showerheads were broken. Offered to fix (it was simple) and she declined. Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Temp would randomly go up and down and wifi was spotty at best which limited TV in evenings. "
