Ban smoking in all outside eating areas; offer drinks when around the pools; provide a very small shop/area where you can buy essentials (eg sun cream, sun hat, cover up wrap etc); provide better tennis balls or option to buy new balls; the bar staff were under extreme pressure so provide more staff; quality of dinner could be improved a little although was decent value for money "

"Looks like the hotel has had a refurb, modern, smart looking, clean , spacious, nicely matched furniture in the bedroom. The rooftop pool and bar were still being updated, but will look great. Fan and aircon in room. Nice bathroom with all over / rainforest shower. "

"I had another enjoyable stay bringing back good memories of previous visits. Just sad the pool was closed off for repair. Also they have still not put a holding rail to the wall for when in shower."
