"Clean and comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable. Decent shower. Friendly and helpful front desk people. Parking in their lot was convenient and safe. The only problem was when we were woken up at 8:30 a.m. by banging on our door. It was a hotel employee asking if we were planning on checking out at 11:00. he literally woke us up!"

"Location close to subway, and staff were for most part very nice. Breakfast included is nice option. There was flooding one night above our floor (we were on 3rd), so our neighboring room had to be disturbed for emergency repairs to be made -- from about 2am into the next day -- to our floor and, presumably, to others, including the lobby ceiling. But let's assume that was a one-off."

"Second time staying here in two years, it's good value for money relative the cost of hotels in Brooklyn as you get breakfast included, but the rooms are looking really tired now. Marked walls and tired carpet, it really needs a refresh. The breakfast is good, however a queue everyday to find a seat and you feel quite rushed as there is a 30 minute window to eat in so everyone gets a chance to eat. The elevator was out of order for 3 out of the 4 nights and when it does work its slow. Location...

"Decent Room,quite clean. Thin walls, could hear the next room's TV and yelling. hHd to pay $20 just to park behind the hotel. Bed rolls around, sort of annoying. Basic breakfast on the first floor, with a waffle maker which was a nice touch. the pillows were atrocious, never had such a lumpy pile of garbage under my head. Overall a decent budget hotel to sleep for a night."
