"Could not have been more convenient for a spring trip to Mt. Hood unless I was staying on Mt Hood itself. Fireplace in the room with complimentary logs was the biggest winner of almost any trip I've been on. "

"We stayed over 4th of July weekend and got to enjoy the community parade which was fun. We really enjoyed having river access to cool off and the views were beautiful (although no view of the mountain). We loved the big table for meals and games. Overall the place was great for a long weekend with 10 adults and 4 kids. "

"Our stay in government camp was great at this cabin! Very close to mount hood hikes and activities as well as only an hourish drive from portland! Blane was very responsive to our questions and the cabin was well kept and perfect for the 2 of us staying. The bed was exceptionally comfy. Also, the surrounding town is very cute with several options of places to eat and a general store that had everything you could need!"

"This is our 4th time staying here. The staff is wonderful and the stay is great. I think the only thing I would recommend is staying on the 2nd floor. The room we had last I could hear the movements from above of us. It wasn’t crazy but I could hear the noise. Just a suggestion. Other than that everything was great and we look forward to coming back. "

"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. While the bed was satisfactory, I found the fold-out couch to be more comfortable than the main bedroom mattress. I enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the patio, which overlooked the golf course."

"This house was perfect! Very comfortable, great aesthetics, and wonderful sleep with the quiet roar of the river. We had a fabulous time, the only thing I would improve is better notice of early check in eligibility. Other than that it was perfect and we’d happily go back."
