"Room was renovated but could tell it had been old, the bathroom was still old and tub looked dirty but was just from being old I think. The Building was old and run down. Just felt shabby…front desk staff were not happy or polite (like they hated their job). Ice machine wasn’t working on my floor and informed the front desk and still wasn’t fixed a few days later. The AC unit had a mind of its own. I asked for a blanket to the room and waited 45 minutes and had to call three times to remind them...

"Excellent trip. Enjoyed our one day stay there. Only complaint was the extra charge for “early check in” - tired of every hotel nickel and diming. Extra cost to park, extra for high floor, extra for view, extra for balcony and now this. Other than that the stay was nice."

"Only positive about this place is the location. Fees upon fees, nickel-and-dimed to death (parking, resort). Microwave in lobby, not rooms. Front desk staff were not friendly and unhelpful. Shower was stuck—needed a lot of strength to use it."
