Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

"⭐☆☆☆☆ I was very disappointed with my stay at Princess Grand Jamaica. From the first day until the day we checked out, the air conditioning in our room never worked properly. We reported the issue every single day and repeatedly asked for assistance, but the room never reached a comfortable temperature. We also requested to be moved to another room, and despite being told the request would be addressed, it never happened. For a vacation that cost nearly $1,990, I did not expect to spend every night trying to sleep in a hot room. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our stay, we were frustrated and uncomfortable. The customer service was also disappointing. The staff did not seem to treat our concerns with urgency, and there was very little communication or follow-through regarding the air conditioning issue. The resort itself has potential, but a comfortable room and responsive customer service are basic expectations for any hotel, especially one at this price point. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below those expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"The food was incredible. So many choices of restaurants and the buffets were great. The pool was amazing. The beach areas were clean and there was plenty of shade and lounging chairs. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved every bit of this resort. Could not recommend more highly."

"We just spent our 25th anniversary week at The Palms and had a great time. The resort is stunning and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The treehouses are so adorable and clean. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows weren’t the best, but nothing is like my own pillow! Housekeeping did a great job everyday cleaning and restocking towels and our mini fridge. The food was always good, breakfast was the best meal everyday. Dinner became very redundant for 7 days. We did thoroughly enjoy our special dinner at the Lotus Leaf, it was delicious. We got the couples massage and it was so wonderful and relaxing. There are kitties all over the resort and we loved seeing them everywhere. I will definitely recommend this resort to anyone heading to Jamaica!"
