"Only thing I dont like is after a long haul flight I had to pull my luggage through their unbearable deep shaggy carpets. I was pulling 2 large bags through the lobby and to the room because they do not have porters to help you. That was brutal"

"We were given the smallest room possible, which didn’t feel fair for the amount we paid for. We could’ve gotten a room with 2 queen beds for the same price, with twice the space. Never staying at Hilton again"

"I enjoyed our overnight visit at the Wit! Took a while to arrange the car valet service, by front desk check in was prompt, and we were happy with the room on 10th floor with a good view of the river. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very quiet on that floor, bonus! The pillows are so wonderful, we slept well! Love the location! Not far from the Art Institute, and Millennium Park, and lots of good restaurants and nearby shopping! I would stay here again, except the restaurant...

"Hotel was clean and room was clean. Quiet…Had a corner king with a view of the golf course, which was nice but the bathroom is super small. Great size TV though. I hate when they have such small tv’s in hotel rooms. Nice to have a big screen tv in your room. Food was ok. Ordered at the pool and room service but picked it up from the lobby. Drinks were overpriced & not very flavorful. Round of golf was nice also. Reserved the Cabana at the pool. $100 for the entire day which is a good price just...

"Loved the old school vibe and the location. Very close to many things. Right by the Miracle Mile and the Water Tower. The rooms were clean, the employees were helpful and considerate. I have no complaints."

"The pool was not handicap accessible, being there for a wheelchair softball tournament, many of the teammates were unable to hang out together because there was no way to get to the pool. The rooms were clean, a little outdated, but the walking distance to the parking was tough as well. Parking in garage, the skywalk was quite a distance. Not to mention when you have to pay to park in your hotel that you already pay to sleep!!"
