"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"This location is a bit up the mountain (I'm sure it is fantastic for skiing but we visited in August). As such, it is away from the nutty tourist centre and the views are fantastic. The local bus service is super efficient and a brilliant way to get to the top if you do not want to hike the slope up. The flat itself is spacious and bright. It was amenable to self-catering, and had excellent laundry facilities."

"Everything about our 4 night stay at Klara's was wonderful. She was there when we arrived and explained everything. The views from the unit are spectacular.. The apartment was spotless and was fully equipped. Having a rental car is a good idea. Klara's house is within a 10-15 minute drive to many great hiking and viewing spots. If you are visiting the Interlaken area and are looking for a great spot to stay, you will not be disappointed staying at Klara's. Promise!"

"Fantastic location, great views of the Eiger. Very convenient location - close to Grindwald Grund railway station, and the main terminal for two gondola rides. The home itself was very nice, 3 bedrooms and lots of room for everyone. Nicely appointed kitchen and a sauna in the basement area.Lovely yard and back patio area offers a relaxed outdoor seating area. Loved our stay and would highly recommend."

"Our son arrived on Sunday and we arrived on Monday!! Everything was perfect!! Excellent location! 5 minute walk to train station. Restaurants every block. Two balcony’s! "Communication with the host (Hanny) was very good. She responded promptly after we requested information a few days prior to our stay via e-mail. The location of the appartement is away from the village of Marbach going up the mountain (you need a car to get there). The appartment is on the top floor of the farm house. It is very spacious (we were 4 adults and 2 children) and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The view from the livingroom...
