"This is our first choice of hotels whenever we visit Richmond. Rooms are so comfortable and clean. We enjoy the room amenities, although I wish they would bring back the little containers of real half and half for coffee. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. We appreciate the convenient proximity to the Bridgeport SkyTrain station. Outstanding pool/hot tub area. Rooms are amazingly quiet considering there are planes overhead. "

"We arrived at property several hours before our appointed check in time after debarking from a cruise at the Port of Vancouver. We were warmly greeted by a member of the front desk staff who had us complete our registration and took our mobile number so we could be contacted when our room was ready. We had lunch in the on-site restaurant and took a short walk around the block. About half way through our walk we received a text that our room was ready. We returned to the hotel and settled in to our room on the 7th floor. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable and quiet. No complaints what so ever. The free shuttle to the airport was a nice bonus. Thanks."

"The front desk staff were extraordinary!! They were very busy but gave individual attention to each of us and made us feel so welcome and cared for! Amenities in the lobby offered convenience-refillable cold water for our bottles, with cups available and fresh coffee/hot tea and an ATM, most appreciated and convenient! I really can’t say enough about how helpful and gracious the front desk staff are, I regret I did not take the time to get names, but a gentleman helped us with our bag storage before we could check bags and offered reliable information about local restaraunts and transit - the hotel is only a couple of blocks from the sky train and is surrounded by highly rated and recommended Asian dining-some of the best in the city! Finally the front desk agent who is, I think Sihk, because she wore a lovely turban was incredibly helpful. She went out of our way to help us, my sister uses a walker and we both don’t move well but she helped us with our luggage, and secured the airport shuttle for and even rode to the airport with us on her break to make sure we got there with all of our bags and walker in tact. She was professional and impressively serving many guests who needed a variety of things, we were all from different places and cultures but she treated everyone with kindness and navigated language barriers with patience and kindness. Most people who book an airport hotel are exhausted from preparing for a trip or from traveling, book here to enjoy a perfect rest!"
